With over three years of experience practicing mindfulness, I became a certified mindfulness teacher and trained as an innate ​well-being specialist, I’ve walked this path myself and now I aim to help others find their way through the same challenges. ​After overcoming my own struggles with anxiety, depression, and personal transformation, I discovered powerful tools to ​cultivate awareness of thought and emotion. These tools have not only guided me but have also helped many others unlock a ​greater sense of ease, purpose, and grace in their lives.

About Me

Hello! I’m Aaron Wisniewski and I currently live in Buffalo, NY, and I’m passionate about guiding individuals toward their innate ​well-being. My journey has been shaped by both struggles and triumphs, leading me to a profound understanding of the human ​experience. As a single father, I’ve faced the challenges of raising my beautiful daughter while navigating my own battles with ​anxiety, depression, and dependency.


In 2021, I made a conscious decision to reclaim my life by quitting alcohol, smoking, and benzodiazepines. Through meditation ​and mindfulness, I began to cultivate mental freedom and resilience. This transformative process not only allowed me to ​overcome suicidal ideation but also deepened my understanding of the human condition, fostering empathy, gratitude and ​compassion within me.


With over 300 hours of training in David Key, Innate Well-being Specialist program, I am also certified as mindfulness ​meditation teacher. My lived experiences, combined with my training, empower me to guide others with authenticity and ​insight. I specialize in helping clients recognize the connection between their thoughts and feelings, enabling them to find ​clarity amidst life’s complexities.


I believe that everyone possesses the innate capacity for joy and happiness. My approach is centered on empathy, mindfulness, ​and the healing power of nature. I offer personalized well-being guidance through one-on-one sessions, nature walks, and ​mindfulness coaching. Together, we will explore your unique challenges, cultivate awareness, and create a path toward a more ​fulfilling life.

The Path to Inner Balance

"The Path to Inner Balance" is a complimentary program designed to guide individuals on a transformative journey toward ​rediscovering their innate well-being. Through a structured approach, this initiative combines practical exercises, mindfulness ​practices, and reflective prompts, fostering emotional, mental, and physical balance.


Program Overview:

Weekly Themes: Each week focuses on a specific theme that builds upon the previous one, guiding participants through ​actionable steps to cultivate intention, gratitude, and self-awareness.


Self-Discovery: Participants engage in weekly exercises that promote introspection. The first week emphasizes awareness, ​allowing individuals to assess their well-being and identify areas for improvement.


Mindfulness Practices: Mindfulness is central to the program, with various techniques introduced each week, such as ​meditation, breath work, and body awareness practices. These exercises help foster a non-judgmental awareness of thoughts ​and feelings, promoting self-acceptance and emotional stability.


Reflection and Integration: Each week concludes with reflective journaling, reinforcing insights gained and encouraging ​ongoing self-exploration. The final week focuses on integrating these practices into daily routines, helping participants ​develop personalized well-being rituals aligned with their values and purpose.
